Here is a quick overview of what types of functions I provide music for including:

Weddings
Classs Reunions
Parties
Car Cruises
Dances
Corporate events and fund raisers

Weddings - Weddings are my specialty. I put a great package together for these events. I start out with some nice cocktail music, before the bride and groom arrive. Then, after I announce the bridal party into the room, we have the toast by the best man and the blessing of the meal. Then, I move into the dinner music, some nice easy listening, low key music during this part of the reception. Once the dinner has concluded, I like to start out with either the cutting of the cake or the bridal party dance ( your choice on this order ). After these two traditional events have concluded, I move into some great upbeat dance music. I feel that you need to let the guests dance for a bit. Then, at this time, I move directly to the tossing of the garter and bouquet. Then I will come out of this with some more upbeat dance music, letting the guests dance a little bit more. At this point, if they choose to do so, the bride and/or groom can have their special dance with their mother or father. Then it’s more upbeat dance or maybe a nice ballad set for the guests to dance with their partners. Then, if there is a Bridal or Money dance, this is the time that we will do it. If not, then its dance dance dance for the rest of the evening. This outline is very basic and is always subject to change by each individual bridal couple. It’s your special day and everything should be exactly how you want it to be.

Class Reunions - This is another fun event for me as well as you. In general, most class reunions are an event where people have not seen each other for a while. There will be lots of talking among the guests. This function starts similar to a wedding in that I play some nice upbeat or slow cocktail and dinner music. This event is where I reach back into my musical vault to pull out songs that are either from the year the class graduated or close to it. I not only play songs from their graduating year, but I play songs all through the years as they moved on in life from high school right up to the present. This is also a standard format that I use for class reunions. It is also subject to change by the individual graduating class.

Parties - I provide music services for a wide range of parties including: anniversaries, birthdays, office parties, new years eve parties, and more.

Anniversary parties - These parties are a mixture of music from all decades, since the honored couple usually has quite and extended family. I always ask for special songs that may bring back memories to the anniversary couple.

Birthday parties – Music at these events will vary depending on the age of the guest of honor. If the event is a sweet sixteen birthday party, I will make sure that I will play music with no offensive language in it.

Office parties – these events are usually corporate sponsored parties for the employees of a company. They can be for any event but most of these parties occur around the holidays. For these events I usually play a lot of holiday music during the dinner portion of the evening. Then I provide the microphone to the “ Boss “ who usually hands out gifts to his employees. After the gifts are all given out, then its dance all night. My goal is to keep then dancing for the remainder of the evening.

New Year’s Eve parties – These are some of the greatest events for a DJ. Music for these events start out much like a wedding. This is where I play low key easy listening songs during dinner. Dinner is usually about an hour. Then it’s dance time right up until midnight. Then I will give the countdown to the new year. Then I go right back into the dance tunes until it’s time to leave ( usually 2 am in most places ). Some New Year’s Eve parties don’t include dinner. They are strictly dance parties all night long. I can do either type of New Year’s Eve party. It’s your choice.

Car Cruises - This type of event is another one of my specialties. I love the oldies music from the 50’s and 60’s. When I am set up at these events, it’s great to see all the old vintage and classic cars come rolling in while my oldies are blasting away. Most of these cars are in fantastic restored condition. There are also usually prize give aways and raffles at these type of events. I have one of the largest collection of oldies music in the Pittsburgh area. Very rarely have I not been able to play an oldies song request at these events. I also do some nostalgic trivia questions at these events, adding to the fun.

Dances: Oldies, High School Proms and other functions - These events draw a great dance crowd, whether it be an oldies dance, a disco party, and 80’s retro party or a high school or college function. The music being played will depend on the ages of the guests. An example being: oldies dance - music from the 50’s & 60’s, High school or college dance – music from the 90’s on up to the present. However, I always travel to any function with my entire library of music. Any request from any era is possible. Just ask.

Corporate events and fund raisers – Corporate events - I provide dance and listening music for corporate sponsored events of any kind. The choice of the music for these events is the decision of the corporate event planner. Fund Raisers – I also provide music for fund raisers of any kind as well. Examples include: Election campaign functions, charity and church fund raisers. Music at these events is the responsibility of the fund raising chairman. These events are always a lot of fun as well. Dance lighting package available – an additional fee will be charged for the use of the dance lighting effects. Party package available – includes items for your guests to use to participate in the fun. Lei’s, Maracas, noise makers, bubbles, balloons etc.
